(1) Joint candidates may be nominated only on the grounds of proposal coupons on which all of the nominating organisations putting forward the given joint candidate are indicated.
(2) If several nominating organisations run a candidate jointly, they shall be considered hereinafter, for the purposes of the elections, one nominating organisation.
