(1) Candidates may be proposed on proposal coupons. Proposal coupons shall be forwarded to voters together with the information notices.
(2) Candidates may be proposed by voters whose domicile is located in the constituency.
(3) Candidates may be proposed before the 23rd day prior to voting.
(4) Proposals may not be withdrawn.
