The Budapest-Capital General Assembly and the county general assembly shall elect three members and at least two substitute members to the regional election commission between 1 October and 30 November in the year preceding the year of the general election of the local government representatives and mayors; the persons to be elected shall be proposed by the head of the regional election office.
