Section 38
 

(1) Any voter may complain of elections to the European Parliament. Complaints are to be addressed to the Folketing and forwarded to the Minister for the Interior and Health. Complaints must be received by the Minister for the Interior and Health not later than on the weekday after election day. In complaints about the election the Folketing’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
