§ 6 shall read as follows:

“§ 6. The protocol of voting results in the region shall be sent immediately by the chairman of the district electoral commission to the regional electoral commission in accordance with the procedure established by the National Electoral Commission. He shall forward the electoral precinct voting protocols and other election documents to the director of the delegation of the National Election Office appropriate for the seat of the commission.”;
