1.The decision of the constituency electoral commission on rejecting or declaring as invalid the registration of a candidate for head of community or member of Council of Elders may be appealed against before the Administrative Court. 

2.A candidate shall be deemedregistered or re-registered upon a judicial act on declaring as invalid the decision of the constituency electoral commission on rejecting or declaring as invalid the registration of a candidate for head of community or member of Council of Elders.
