If the mandate of a candidate from the list of a political party, coalition, or independent candidates terminatesin accordance with Article 1.10 of this Law, then the mandate shall pass to the next candidate as set forth inArticle 13.5 paragraph (4) of this Law.
The Central Election Commission of BiH shall carry out the redistribution of mandates according to the procedure set out under Article 9.5 of this Law.
