Political parties, coalitions, and independent candidates, certified in accordance with Chapter 4 of this law, may stand for election in a constituency.
Every independent candidate for a constituency mandate shall run with a deputy on a single candidates’ list. The deputy shall have no authority or competence except in case when he/she succeeds the mandate of elected candidate in line with Article 9.10 of this Law.
