(1) Elections of members of the European Parliament shall be held every five years commencing in 2004, on the second Saturday in June or on such other date as the Prime Minister may by notice in the Gazette from time to time establish.
(2) Voting shall start at 7.00 a.m. and close at 10.00 p.m.
