The number of members of a Cantonal Assembly shall be as follows:
- between 20 and 25 members for cantons having less than 75.000 voters registered in the Central Voters’ Register;
- between 20 and 30 members for cantons having between 75.000 and 200.000 voters registered in the Central Voters’ Register, and
- between 30 and 35 voters for cantons having more than 200.000 voters registered in the Central Voters’ Register.
