(1) The results of the votes shall be communicated to the Central Election Commission of BiH for the final allocation of seats.
(2) Mandates shall be distributed, formula provided for in Article 9.5 of the Election Law of BiH. When a list wins a mandate, the mandate shall be allocated from the top of the list.
