(1) The National Election Office shall notify, not later than on the fifteenth day before voting day, the central organs of the Member States of the European Union competent to receive such data in the course of elections to the European Parliament of the nationals of each country who are recorded in the polling district electoral register. The notification shall contain the following data of the voter:

a) name,

b) sex,

c) place and time of birth,

d) nationality,

e) the settlement or constituency in the electoral register of which the person concerned was last recorded in the state of his nationality.

(2) On the basis of a request to that effect by the Member State concerned, data provision under paragraph (1) may also include other personal data included in the central electoral register of the voter.
