(1) The polling station commission shall hand over to the voters recorded in the electoral register as national minority voters the ballot papers of their national minority’s settlement, regional or national self-government.
(2) The voter shall put the ballot papers in an envelope on which there is reference to the national minority. The voter shall seal the envelope.
