(1) For drawing up a list, the number of the settlement national minority self-government candidates of the nominating organisation that have been notified by the date of registration of the list shall be taken into account, with the exception of candidates whose registration was refused by the local election commission.

(2) The election commission shall delete a list from the register if the total number of the settlement national minority self-government candidates of the nominating organisation who are registered with final and binding effect and of those who are notified but not yet assessed with final and binding effect does not reach the minimum number determined in the Act on the rights of national minorities.
