(1) The county electoral bureaux, the electoral bureau of the polling stations abroad, the electoral bureaux of the Bucharest Municipality districts, and the electoral bureaux of the polling stations shall work with the majority of their members being present and shall adopt decisions through the vote of the majority of the present members.

(2) The Central Electoral Bureau shall work with the majority of itsmembers being present and shall adopt decisions and orders through the vote of the majority of the present members.

(3)In the event of a tie, the president’s vote is conclusive.
