In article 12, a new paragraph (3) shall be introduced after paragraph (2), and shall read as follows:
‘(3) In the case provided by article 9 paragraph (2) point h1), within 30 days from the date of the notice of the political party or of the organisation of citizens belonging to national minorities on whose list the local councillor or county councillor has been elected, the prefect notices, by order, the cease of the mandate of the local or county councillor before its normal period of expiry and declares vacant the position of the local or county councillor.’
