(1) The settlement, by the courts, of the objections, challenges and any other petitions stipulated by this law shall be done in compliance with the rules set up by law for presidential ordinances, with the mandatory presence of the public prosecutor.
(2) There is no legal remedy against the final rulings delivered by the courts of law according to this law.
