(1) Mayors shall ensure the necessary conditions for the voters to consult the Electoral Register within the town hall’s premises.

(2) No later than 10 days before the date of the elections, but no later than 24 hours from the application, mayors must make available to political parties, political alliances, electoral alliances and organisations of citizens belonging to national minorities taking part in the elections, upon their request and at their expense, an excerpt from the Electoral Register, including the voters in the respective administrative-territorial unit, respectively their surname, fi rst name, date of birth and domicile, on electronic support or on paper.
