In “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”, the Constitutional Court is competent only for non-conformity of the law with the constitution or in cases of a violation of a constitutional right other than the right to vote or eligibility.  The ordinary courts are competent to deal with disputes over the right to vote (following submission of the matter to the electoral boards).
