Notification of multiple nomination
If the Population Register Centre has received a notification from an authority of another Member State of the European Union stating that a person eligible to stand as a candidate in Finland has been nominated as a candidate in the same elections in the country in question, the Population Register Centre shall, without delay, notify the constituency electoral committee of Helsinki of this.
