Appointment
Upon conduct of elections of MPs, for Members of the European Parliament for the Republic of Bulgaria and for President and Vice President of the Republic, the Central Election Commission shall appoint section election commissions for each polling station abroad not later than 12 days in advance of election day, except in the cases under Art. 104.
