Appointment

(1) The Central Election Commission shall appoint regional election commissions upon conduct of elections of:

1. Members of Parliament: for each multi-member region;
2. Members of the European Parliament for the Republic of Bulgaria and for President and Vice President of the Republic: for each region according to the administrative division of the territory of Bulgaria for the last elections of MPs for the National Assembly.

(2) The Regional Election Commissions shall be appointed not later than 50 days in advance of election day.
