(1) A fine of 1,500 to 15,000 euros shall be imposed on the payment service provider that the contributions are paid to the organizer of the election campaign does not report the amount of the contribution or data permitting the identification of the payer, and other information are transmitted together with the payment transaction (ninth paragraph 14 .
