(1) A fine of EUR 6,000 to EUR 20,000 shall be imposed on the elections campaign organizer - a legal person, independent entrepreneur or individual performing independent activity;

1. obtained from the same person contributions in excess of ten times the average gross monthly wage per worker in the Republic of Slovenia, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia for the past year and a surplus of 30 days is not remitted to the charity (the first paragraph and the second sentence of the fifth paragraph in conjunction with the tenth paragraph of Article 14)


2. cash contribution exceeds EUR 50 is not received by the payment service providers (first paragraph of Article 14)


3. he was given contributions from prohibited sources and within 30 days from the date of receipt is not paid for humanitarian purposes (fifth and sixth paragraphs in conjunction with the tenth paragraph of Article 14)

4      for performing services or selling goods with a natural person not conclude relevant agreements in writing in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 14 of this Act,

5. not obtain loans only from banks and loans (fourth paragraph of Article 14)


6. transfer funds from your transaction account at a specific bank account as opposed to the seventh paragraph of Article 14 of this Act,


7. Within 30 days of the publication of the audit report on the website of the Court and the National Assembly or local government surplus collected funds not allocated for humanitarian purposes (second paragraph of Article 22)


8. At the request of the Court not to or does not provide explanations, information or documents that are required to perform the audit, or not allow access to its books and records (fourth paragraph of Article 29)


9. upon request and within the deadline set by the Court of Auditors, the report fails to submit amendments (second paragraph of Article 30).

(2) A fine of 1,500 to 4,000 euros shall be imposed on the responsible person of the organizer who commits an offense under the preceding article.

(3) A fine of 600 to 1,500 euros shall be imposed on the elections campaign organizer - individual who commits an offense under the first paragraph of this article.
