Article 24
 

(1) The organizers of the election campaign, which lists the mandates for deputies in the National Assembly or the European Parliament shall be entitled to reimbursement of election campaign expenses in the amount of 0.33 per vote, while the total amount reimbursed shall not exceed the amount spent assets shown in the audit report of the Court of Auditors.


(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be entitled to reimbursement of the costs including those elections campaign organizer whose list of candidates has been given at least 6% of the votes of the total number of votes cast in the constituency or at least 2% of the total number of votes cast in the whole country in the amount of 0.17 euro for the resulting vote in that constituency or country.


(3) the partial reimbursement of election campaign expenses in the amount of 0.33 euro for each vote obtained a right that the organizers of the election campaign for Members of the Italian and Hungarian national communities, whose candidate was given the mandate, or at least 25% of the total number of points calculated for all candidates members of the Italian and Hungarian national communities.


(4) For the purposes of calculating the amount of a partial reimbursement of the preceding paragraph, the number of votes received by an individual candidate, calculated so that the number of points divided by the total number of points received by all candidates so obtained proportion is multiplied by the total number of valid ballot.
