Article 23
 

(1) The costs of the election campaign for elections to the National Assembly may not exceed EUR 0.40 per eligible voter in the electoral district or constituency in which the list of candidates submitted or where an individual candidate.


(2) The costs of the election campaign for elections to the European Parliament shall not exceed EUR 0.40 per eligible voter in the country.


(3) The costs of the election campaign for the election of the President of the Republic shall not exceed EUR 0.25 per eligible voter in the country. If there is a second round of voting, the cost of the election campaign for a candidate who was nominated to the vote, may increase further EUR 0.15 per eligible voter in the country.


(4) The costs of the election campaign for elections to the representative body of the local community may not exceed EUR 0.40 per eligible voter in the local community.


(5) The costs of the election campaign for the elections individually elected body of the local community may not exceed EUR 0.25 per eligible voter in the local community. If there is a second round of voting, the cost of the election campaign for a candidate who was nominated to the vote, may increase further EUR 0.15 per eligible voter in the local community.


(6) The cost of the referendum campaign on the national level or in the local community may not exceed EUR 0.25 per eligible voter in the country or in the local community.


(7) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, the costs of each election or referendum campaign to reach the level of the minimum wage in the Republic of Slovenia applicable on the thirtieth day before the voting day, if you were under the provisions of the preceding paragraphs of allowable expenses of elections or referendum campaign below.


( 8 ) The ministry responsible for the records of voting rights published on the day fixed for the beginning of electoral tasks on their websites the number of eligible voters in the country, each constituency and the constituency, the local elections and the referendum on the local community level in each local community.
