Member of the European Parliament (hereinafter: MEP) can not be a member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia (hereinafter: National Assembly) and can not perform executive functions in the local community. MP also may not perform the functions and activities that may not perform a deputy in the National Assembly.
