(1) With regards to the election of members of the European Parliament the right to vote and stand for election shall be granted to those having a domicile in Hungary.
(1a) With regards to the election of members of the European Parliament the right to vote shall be granted
a)even to those having no domicile in Hungary but living there,
b)having no domicile on the territory of the European Union.
