(Article 21st of Law 3270, amended on 28 March 1983) The provisions of this law apply to referenda held for constitutional amendments, and for elections which are subject to their exclusive laws such as the elections of the Members of the Parliament, members of the provincial general councils, mayors, members of the municipal councils, chief aldermen, members of local aldermen councils and aldermen.
