When determining the result of the referendum, during the examination into the fulfilment of the condition of validity as enshrined in subsection (4) of Article 8 of the Fundamental Law, it is the number of voters included in the central electoral register on the day of the voting and entitled to participate in the referendum that shall be taken account of.
