Invalid elections

(1) Elections shall be considered invalid if less than 1/3 of the total number of voters registered in the voters’ lists have participated in the first round of elections. The decision to declare the elections invalid shall be adopted by the Central Electoral Commission based on the documents submitted by the district electoral councils.

(2) Elections shall be declared valid in the second round of elections regardless of the number of voters who have participated in elections.
