In addition to the declaration of consent referred to in section H 9, a written declaration shall be submitted for each candidate on a list to the effect that he will not stand for election to the European Parliament in any other member state.
Where and when forms for the declaration referred to in subsection 1 may be obtained by voters, free of charge, shall be laid down by order in council. A model form shall be established by ministerial order.
