363.1. For the purposes of the integration of the Congress of the Union in the terms of articles 52 and 56 of the Constitution, the Independent Candidates for the office of representative should register the corresponding formula of ordinary member and substitute. In the case of the integration of the Senate, they should register a list for the corresponding state with two formulas of Independent Candidates, ordinary members and substitute in order of preference.
