§ 6. Resolution to hold referendum
(1) The Riigikogu shall decide on the holding a referendum pursuant to the procedure provided for in the Riigikogu Rules of
Procedure Act.
(2) The Riigikogu shall not amend or repeal a resolution to hold a referendum.
