Initiation of the local referendum

The local referendum may be initiated:



by 1/2 of the elected councillors;



by the mayor of the village (commune), city (municipality);



by the representative authority of the administrative-territorial unit with a special status.



by 10 percent of the citizens who are qualified voters, residing on the territory of the administrative-territorial unit.
