It shall be obligatory to hold elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, position of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and municipalities within time periods indicated in the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the present Code.
It shall be obligatory to hold referenda on the issues indicated in Item 2 of Article 3, and Article 152 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
