CONFORME A LO PREVISTO EN EL ARTÍCULO 189, FRACCIÓN XI, DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA DEL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN, SE HACE DEL CONOCIMIENTO PÚBLICO QUE, POR ACUERDO DE LA SALA SUPERIOR DEL TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL DEL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN, LA SESIÓN PÚBLICA CONVOCADA PARA LAS 12:00 HORAS DEL DÍA DE LA FECHA, SE DIFIERE PARA TENER VERIFICATIVO ESTE MISMO DÍA A LAS 12:30 HORAS.

CONFORME A LO PREVISTO EN LOS ARTÍCULOS 99, PÁRRAFO SEGUNDO, DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS; 185, 187, 189, FRACCIÓN XI, 191, FRACCIÓN XI Y 201, DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA DEL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN, 7 Y 24 DE LA LEY GENERAL DEL SISTEMA DE MEDIOS DE IMPUGNACIÓN EN MATERIA ELECTORAL, RELACIONADOS CON EL NUMERAL 12, FRACCIONES I, III, IV Y XII, Y 14, FRACCIONES II Y VII, DEL REGLAMENTO INTERNO DEL TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL DEL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN, SE HACE DEL CONOCIMIENTO PÚBLICO QUE, CON EL OBJETO DE RESOLVER LOS MEDIOS DE IMPUGNACIÓN QUE MOTIVARON LA INTEGRACIÓN DE LOS EXPEDIENTES QUE A CONTINUACIÓN SE PRECISAN, ESTA SALA SUPERIOR CELEBRARÁ SESIÓN PÚBLICA, EN LA SALA DESTINADA PARA ESE EFECTO, EL PRÓXIMO 1 DE JUNIO DE 2011, A LAS 12:00 HORAS.
