CONFORME A LO PREVISTO EN LOS ARTÍCULOS 99, PÁRRAFO SEGUNDO, DE LA CONSTITUCIÓN POLÍTICA DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS; 185, 187, 189, FRACCIÓN I, 191, FRACCIÓN XI, 201, DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA DEL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN, 7 Y 24 DE LA LEY GENERAL DEL SISTEMA DE MEDIOS DE IMPUGNACIÓN EN MATERIA ELECTORAL, RELACIONADOS CON EL NUMERAL 10, FRACCIONES I, IX, XII Y XIII, 12, FRACCIÓN I, DEL REGLAMENTO INTERNO DEL TRIBUNAL ELECTORAL DEL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN, SE HACE DEL CONOCIMIENTO PÚBLICO QUE, CON EL OBJETO DE RESOLVER LOS MEDIOS DE IMPUGNACIÓN QUE MOTIVARON LA INTEGRACIÓN DE LOS EXPEDIENTES QUE A CONTINUACIÓN SE PRECISAN, ESTA SALA SUPERIOR CELEBRARÁ SESIÓN PÚBLICA, EN LA SALA DESTINADA PARA ESE EFECTO, EL PRÓXIMO DÍA 6 DE MAYO DE 2009, A LAS 11:00 HORAS.
